1. General

These terms and conditions of purchase apply to purchases made through Grekisklivs.se and are applicable unless Swedish law or other applicable law provides for terms that conflict with these.

For private individuals, the Consumer Sales Act and the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (the Distance Contracts Act) apply, among other laws. Grekisklivs.se is operated by P&P Management AB.

2. Ordering

Orders are placed via www.grekisklivs.se. To shop with us, the customer must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian’s consent.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect personal information, or other instances of misuse.

3. Prices

All prices on the website are listed in Swedish kronor and include VAT.

We reserve the right to make price changes, offer clearance sales, and correct typographical errors and incorrect inventory information. The price in effect at the time of order placement also applies at the time of delivery.

4. Payment

Payment is processed via Svea Checkout in collaboration with Svea Bank AB (publ). Available payment options may vary but include, for example:

• Credit card
• Swish
• Invoice
• Installment payments

5. Delivery, Changes, and Cancellations

We deliver within Sweden unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times may vary depending on inventory status and the carrier. In the event of delays, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact the customer to obtain approval for a replacement product, a later delivery, or a refund. We reserve the right to cancel orders for products that cannot be delivered.

The customer has the right to change or cancel an order before it has been packed and shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be stopped in transit; if the customer does not wish to keep the item, the standard right of withdrawal applies once the package has arrived.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer, you have the right under the Distance Selling Act to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you or your representative received the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@grekisklivs.se or through our returns/withdrawal service on the website. A confirmation will be sent once your request has been received.

Conditions for the right of withdrawal:

• The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
• Food products: For hygiene and food safety reasons, the right of withdrawal applies only to unopened food products with unbroken packaging or seals.
• Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to refrigerated items, fresh produce, products with a short shelf life, or specially ordered products.

Return Shipping and Costs:

The customer is responsible for return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal. If the customer chooses to have the package automatically returned or asks us to handle the return, a fixed return shipping fee of 120 SEKwill be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive notice of cancellation, but we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item back at our warehouse or until the customer has provided valid proof that the item has been returned.

7. Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not picked up from the pickup location and where the customer has not notified us that they are exercising their right of withdrawal, a fee of 250 SEK will be charged to cover round-trip shipping, handling, and administrative costs.

8. Buyer’s Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Provide the correct shipping address and contact information.
• Pick up the shipment within the time frame specified by the carrier.

9. Complaints and Shipping Damage

Under the Consumer Sales Act, private individuals have the right to file a complaint regarding a product within three (3) years of purchase. Complaints must be filed within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. If the complaint is approved, we will cover any return shipping costs.

Damage caused during shipping must be reported to us as soon as possible after receiving the delivery.

Returns must be properly packaged. If a return is damaged due to inadequate packaging, the customer is responsible for the damage.

10. Food and Product Information

Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to make changes to the product range, recipes, packaging, and product design as provided by our suppliers.

Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene, health, or food safety reasons. Allergy information and ingredient lists are provided on each product page.

11. Personal Data and the GDPR

Grekisklivs.se processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Personal data is used for order processing, payment, delivery, customer service, and marketing where consent has been provided. The customer has the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting info@grekisklivs.se.

12. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN). Disputes may also be resolved through the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as government decisions, strikes, natural disasters, war, transportation disruptions, or similar events.
