DELIVERY

Foodexia - foodexia.se sends all deliveries with DHL.

Your package is delivered with the DHL Service Point service that reaches the recipient's location in 1 working day (applies to most places in the country).

When your package has reached DHL's delivery point, you will receive a notification by text message, email or post. Bring this with you when you pick up your package.

Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days from order.
You will receive a delivery confirmation by email when your order leaves our team. Contact us if you have not received this email within 3 working days after placing the order.


OTHER DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you want us to deliver to an address other than your own, you can, if you pay by card (DIBS)
or via direct bank payment (Payson), you can choose to enter an alternative delivery address.
This can be your own or someone else's address. Please note that this is not possible if you choose
invoice payment via Klarna. This is because, for security reasons, it is not possible via Klarna to
have goods sent to an address other than your registered address.

You get free shipping automatically on orders over 799 kr

If you have chosen invoice payment:
Please note that the invoice is sent with the order and is inside the package together with the delivery note.
We cooperate with Klarna who handles the invoice payments but the invoice itself is sent from us together with your delivery.

Other items
We reserve the right for final sales and stock at our suppliers and for any
mispricing and misspellings. Sometimes it happens that some of the items you
ordered is not in stock and becomes backordered. This is because the product is currently
not in stock or that the delivery is delayed. An email will be sent to you within 1-3
days. Contact us if you want to cancel your backorder or if you have questions about
delivery times etc.
